They only care about getting paid from insurance companies, and not the patients !!! If you ask about more than one issue that you’re having while seeing DR. HARRIS, or her assistant NATASHA, you’ll have to make another appointment and come back to talk to them about any other issues you might be having. It’s SAD 😞 TO SAY, but it seems like they only care about charging the insurance companies copayments ‼️‼️‼️ ON TOP OF THAT, YOU HAVE TO COME BACK AND WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR TO SEE DR. This place did not bill me and sent me to collections. Didn’t even get better and the front desk people had a huge attitude when I asked why they didn’t inform me as to any amounts due.
Edit… turns out, “we sent you to collections” has a unique meaning in this office. You have a past due bill would probably get you further…
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY HEALTHCARE OFFICE‼️‼️‼️I was seeing Doctor Kimala Harris 👩🏿⚕️!!! She is very rude to start. She asked me how many months pregnant 🫃 I was when I first met her. Which I thought 💭,was truly wrong 😑. I’m male for one, and that’s not something that you say to someone that you don’t know in my opinion. It was just one of the issues I had with DR. Harris. Overall in my professional opinion, I highly recommend finding another physician 👩🏻⚕️. Natasha , Dr. Harris’s assistant called and gave me the results from an old ultrasound amongst other mistakes she has made in the past. This is ridiculous and very poor service. They need to get things in order in this office ‼️‼️‼️🤦🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻☹️☹️☹️😡😡😡🤬🤬
We have been coming here for years for our health needs and today we came in to see the Dr, we had a 3:00 appt for myself and a 3:15 appt for my husband. At this time traffic is bad and we were here at 3:18pm when we walked in we were greeted by Monaya who immediately had an attitude and told me I was late. I explained that this was due to traffic and that my husband was seeing the same doctor we always do our visits together. She told me I had to reschedule knowing well traffic was horrible and we were seeing the same doctor. Zero understanding or empathy for us as patients. I do not recommend this under the new administrative staff. Dr Harris has always been amazing and we wish her the best but we will be changing providers due to manaya and the rest of the front desk staff.
The doctors here are great. My only issue (and it’s a big one) is with the front desk/scheduling.
I called months ago to reschedule an appointment, upon doing so I marked my calendar when they told me I was all set. Today they call me and ask to confirm the OLD appointment date, and that they have no record of me rescheduling. Talking to others I know who go here, I’ve heard similar stories about random cancellations, and changing appointment dates without the patient knowing. Really disappointed that I have to put this much time and effort into scheduling a simple appointment.

II am a new patient of Dr Harris and my first appointment was very excellent. She addressed my issues and showed me concern. She listened to what I had to say and not once did I feel rushed. The whole office was very pleasant and heipful.
They were nice enough to give me my stomach medication, but the physician traffic’s in pseudoscience. He is not grounded to reality. Physician tried to order a bunch of testosterone checks, which is a scam that can lead to enormous amounts …
